A modern farm with family roots
At Root 42 Harvests, we have a passion for producing safe, local produce that can be enjoyed not only by our family, but also families all across Northeast Ohio. One of the most important choices we make each day is deciding what we consume. We believe that families should be able to gather around the dinner table without worrying about the quality of the ingredients that went into that meal. We started Root 42 Harvests to follow our passion and do our small part to help bring fresh, safe, and healthy ingredients to dinner tables across Northeast Ohio.
Our Greenhouses
We currently grow in state of the art, naturally ventilated greenhouses. We have designed the greenhouses to help us pursue organic and environmentally sustainable practices. Not only do we use the greenhouses for commercial production, but we also use them as a test bed for new technologies in hydroponic production. Our greenhouses are the key to our ability to provide safe and fresh produce to our customers year-round.
Our Produce
As residents of Northeast Ohio, our mission is to do our part to provide our fellow Ohioans with produce of the highest quality and freshness. We believe that by growing and harvesting produce closer to the consumer, we can also help reduce food waste and food miles. Our growing practices enable us to harvest on a weekly basis with consistent yields that can be delivered directly to our customers. You can be assured that the produce you choose from Root 42 Harvests is the freshest produce you can experience, without worrying about product recalls.

We believe we are all connected. We are proud to say that we turned to local businesses and products to start our operation. Our goal is to continue supporting local businesses that provide the goods we need to grow and harvest our produce.. We look forward to providing local markets, wholesalers, and restaurants with produce that they can be proud of serving to their customers.
